Annual Service and Cleaning

Preventative care is the best performance policy. With this service we strip, clean and lube all of the gears, polish the frame, fine tune the brakes, and straighten & tension wheels.
Basic Service

We will make sure your bike is right for you by doing a light adjustment on brakes and shifters, as well as a light wipe down of the bike(Included with purchase of a new bike).

Suspension Intervals
To best maintain the performance and durability of your mountain bike suspension under normal use, we recommend that you have regular fork and shock maintenance performed according to the service intervals listed below.
Every ride:
Clean exterior with mild soap and water only, then wipe dry with a soft towel.
Check sag and damper settings. Inspect your product for visual damage and function of all controls.
Per 125 hours / Yearly:
Full fork service (Full internal/external inspection, damper rebuild, air spring rebuild bath oil and wiper replacement.)
We encourage riders to perform maintenance earlier than recommended when riding in extremely wet/muddy or dry/dusty, lift accessed DH, park or extreme freestyle.
Home Bike Repair
We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups.
